This place was great! The food was delicious and freshly made. The decor was cool, shiny, clean, and comfy. WYNN knows how to do it! It was cafeteria style where you pick out the food you want and go thru the line and then pay at the end. They bring your food to you. Our server was Katrina and she was so nice! There was so much to choose from. Everything looked delicious! The portions were generous, which was nice. My daughter and I split the Pretzel ham and cheese sandwich. It was really good! We added sea salt chips also. For dessert, we shared a Dulce de Leche cookie. Yummy, it all hit the spot. We had energy to keep going! Just know that they do add the tip in the bill so it's up to you if you wish to add extra tip.

Expensive but good food and drinks. The breakfast burrito was incredible and the drinks were very good as well. The line was a bit long but the staff worked quickly and were very pleasant. Highly recommend!

The chocolate croissant is really tasty! Freshly made, stuffed with choco, and they actually use good-quality chocolate. As for the baklava twist, it was just okay. There is a bit of a line but it moves quickly. They’re friendly too

Food is pricey, but surprisingly good. Ham and cheese on pretzel bread hoagie can ask me out any day. The pistachio white chocolate latte is a delicious treat/ dessert on its own, but make sure to stir it up unless you want a straw full of chocolate at first sip. I was sad the pistachio had run out on my last morning at the hotel.

I had a pleasant visit to Espresso Cafe at Encore Las Vegas. The highlight was definitely the croissant, which was perfectly flaky and delicious—a real treat for anyone with a love for baked goods. While the service wasn't exceptional, it didn't detract too much from the overall experience. The cafe itself has a nice ambiance, making it a good spot for a quick breakfast or a leisurely coffee. Overall, it's a solid choice when you're at Encore and looking for a tasty bite in a relaxed setting. Four stars!
